We usually begin your training program on the first Monday after you sign up.

Is nutrition support provided?

Yes, we offer help and guidance with nutrition as part of your overall training plan.

Can I still join if I have a medical condition or injury?

We’ll need to discuss any medical concerns or injuries before sign-up to ensure we can tailor the program to your needs. We make every effort to accommodate different conditions and limitations.

I’ve never competed is this program for me?

Absolutely. This program is designed for beginners and newcomers who may be curious about competition or simply want to get stronger without any pressure. I’ll guide you step by step, from foundational skills to more advanced levels, and if you decide to compete later on, I’ll help you get there. The focus is on building confidence and strength at your own pace.

Do I need to have a specialized kit to do your program?

No, you don’t need special equipment. Most of my first-time clients train in regular gyms that have basic bars, machines, and free weights. I’ll adapt your program to whatever you have available, ensuring you can make consistent progress without needing to invest in specialized kit.
